I’m especially focused on agentic AI patterns, design systems as a delivery engine, and building operating models where design is a multiplier—faster execution, higher quality, and clearer narrative with executives and customers.

Outside of the day job, I publish experiments and writing at here at avo.re, pay way too close attention to my stats on Strava, do my best to forget about all of this nonsense when I'm coaching my son's baseball team and in the stands cheering for my girls' soccer and lacrosse teams.
